The discussion concerns the stimulation of creativity, both in the context of companies and education. Participants exchange experiences on methods stimulating creative thinking, such as engaging in various extra-professional activities, creating space for one's own ideas in companies, or implementing interdepartmental projects at universities. The importance of practical application of work results is emphasized, avoiding rigid educational frameworks and providing appropriate reward for the effort put in. The issue of the importance of diversity and interpersonal cooperation in the creative process is also raised. Finally, participants focus on finding proven methods to enhance creativity in different environments.
